Your baby’s brain is also rapidly developing, with increasing activity in the cerebral cortex responsible for consciousness, thought, and memory. Your baby’s eyes are also fully formed, and they are now capable of blinking and responding to light.

How You’re Feeling at 32 Weeks Pregnant

As for how you may be feeling during week 32 of pregnancy, you might be experiencing some of the following symptoms:

  1. Shortness of breath: As your baby continues to grow, they are taking up more space in your abdomen, which can put pressure on your lungs and make it harder to breathe.
  2. Swollen feet and ankles: This is due to an increase in fluid in your body and decreased circulation.
  3. Braxton Hicks contractions: These are mild contractions that can occur as your body prepares for labor. They may feel like mild cramps or tightening in your abdomen.
  4. Difficulty sleeping: It may be difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep in due to your growing belly, and you may also be experiencing heartburn or frequent urination.
  5. Fatigue: As your body works hard to support the growth and development of your baby, you may be feeling more tired than usual.
  6. Back pain: As your belly continues to grow, your center of gravity shifts, and your back muscles have to work harder to support you. This can result in back pain or discomfort.
