Keep in mind, mimosas aren’t available in CityWalk until 11am when most restaurants open. Also, remember any mimosas purchased in CityWalk must be consumed before entering the parks.

Personally, I love the mimosas at Croissant Moon Bakery the best for sitting at relaxing and people watching after riding roller coasters early in the morning. The pours everywhere are generous on the bubbly, so keep that in mind if you try to have them before riding rides!
