Universal’s Macy’s parade dates for 2023 are everyday from November 17th to December 31st in Universal Studios. It is possible that the parade dates can change or is canceled due to high winds (for the balloons), so makes sure to check the App or guest services for the most up-to-date information.

While the parade typically takes place nightly at 5:30 PM for 45 minutes, it’s a good idea to check for any variations in the schedule, ensuring you don’t miss a moment of this holiday extravaganza. The Universal Orlando Resort App or signs at the front of the park are your best sources for up-to-date information on Universal’s Holiday Parade schedule.

Be sure to arrive early to get a good spot! We love the area near the Bourne Stuntacular show, usually not too crowded and the kids can sit along the edge of the sidewalk. Usually 30 minutes to an hour is early enough to find a spot to watch the parade.

Be patient! Universal Orlando’s goal is always to ensure the safety of the guests and employees, and with such large floats and huge balloons, they may need to delay or postpone until conditions are right.

The parade is only located in Universal Studios. The parade route for 2023 begins at the gate by the Horror Make-up Show and proceeds in a clockwise direction, passing through Hollywood, into MinionLand, turns at the Christmas Tree, turns at Starbucks, past Transformers 3D, turns at Mel’s Diner, and exits through the same gate. We recommend choosing spots on the outer ring the parade route for better mobility, allowing you to move on quickly after the parade ends or quickly access bathrooms. Note that the parade area is cordoned off, and crossing the route during the parade is restricted.
