Learn about Universal Orlando FlexPay program for annual passes, managing failed payments, and resolving issues.
Universal Orlando’s FlexPay program offers a flexible payment option for purchasing Annual Passes, allowing you to make an initial down payment and spread the remaining total over 11 months. Here’s what you need to know:
Understanding FlexPay for Passholders
- FlexPay Details: Choose which type of Universal annual passes, register passholder information, add-ons, select delivery method, agree to terms, and make your initial payment.
- Payment Schedule: Your pass begins on the date of first entrance into the parks. Monthly payments will recur approximately on the same day each month as your initial payment.
- Renewals: After 12 months, passes automatically renew. Contact Universal Orlando to cancel renewal if desired. You will not receive the 20% discount that non-Flexpay passholders receive on renewal.
- Charges and Finance: No finance charges are incurred, and pricing remains the same whether purchased outright or through FlexPay.
- Payment Modifications: Unfortunately, bill dates cannot be altered.
