We left camping around noon Sunday after a great breakfast and packing up so much. Camping is like bringing your house outside: you need sleeping arrangements, a sitting area, food/dishware/cooking equipment, toiletries/towels, and all the clothes you need. Plus anything you need for additional activities (backpack for hiking, etc). We filled up nearly the entire back of my Rav4, I can’t remember how we managed when I was little to fit our family plus everything above and more (we usually brought bikes too).
We really enjoyed Cloudland Canyon, we’d definitely go back. The campsites nice and the facilities were clean. It was so nice to be able to walk out of the campground directly to the hiking trails, made it easier than trying to fit the group into cars.
So a very lazy outfit, but great camping weekend!
