I’m a bit behind, being that it is now November 4th, but I’m trying to get it all posted!
On the 24th, it was a Wednesday, and I went with our previous week’s theme! I loved the pink with black/white neutrals, so this was my take on it.
Pink cropped pants (Target), the same ones I have in black and cobalt — I’m one of those who finds something she likes and buys it in every color. When something works, I go with it. This black-and-white buffalo check button-up (Old Navy) is a favorite, but needs to be retired. If I don’t top it with a sweater, you can tell how big it is on me. I’m thinking about taking it to my tailor, but since I likely spent around $20 on it, it may cost more to alter than replace. I’m debating if I love it that much. Finished off the look with a black v-neck sweater (Gap) and my Anne Klein peep-toe pumps.
I love these pants like crazy and am looking for some other ways to wear them, because as we’ve already discussed, I’m a little hesitant when it comes to bold colors in such a big way. I think these pants make a statement and need to try them for a weekend where I’m not required to err on the side of conservativeness.
